Tim trained in architecture and sculpture, and had his first solo exhibition in 2008 at Little Creatures, Fremantle. He was recently awarded People's Choice at the 2019 Melt Portrait Prize, Brisbane.

 

Tim's always been a dog person, but was seduced by an abandoned ragdoll named Dublin. He is a fur parent to many, many pets and is dad to two rambunctious little humans. He recently said goodbye to his 17 year staffy, Diesel, and as part of his way back into the light, Tim threw himself into painting pet portraits with his sister, Steph. And that was how Pixel Bark Studio was formed.
